Job summary

Genpact in Kolkata seeks a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - R2R to lead end-to-end record-to-report operations, ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with accuracy and control.

You will oversee General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, driving process improvements, automation, and audits while mentoring a high-performing team and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Professional certifications CFA/FRM valued.
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely close.
• Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Drive SLAs, KPIs and quality metrics; ensure audits and controls.
• Collaborate with transformation and digital teams to implement automation.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale R2R operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee core R2R processes including General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Drive operational excellence by ensuring all SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Partner with transformation and digital teams to implement process improvements, automation, and robotic solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure effective governance and successful execution of external and internal audits, maintaining strong compliance controls. Foster strong client relationships by delivering consistent service excellence and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
