Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Leader - Supply Chain Management in Bengaluru to drive order fulfillment, optimize processes, and improve OTD metrics. You will mentor large teams and deploy digital solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability across the supply chain.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in SCM, experience with tools like Kinaxis, Coupa, and O9, and the ability to collaborate with planning, forecasting, and supplier teams to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with SCM focus.
• Strong understanding of order management and logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP and SCM software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage order fulfillment to meet ship dates.
• Implement process improvements to reduce partial shipments.
• Monitor SCM metrics: network health, performance, forecasting accuracy, MAPE, OTD.
• Advise planning teams on bottlenecks affecting on-time fulfillment.
• Track order entry times to improve on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material availability.
• Lead large teams and deploy digital solutions to boost efficiency.

Implement process improvements to reduce partial shipments and optimize overall order management efficiency. Monitor and drive improvements in key SCM/Order Management metrics, including network health, supplier performance, forecasting accuracy, MAPE, and order fill rate. Advise planning and forecasting teams on bottlenecks and gaps that negatively impact on-time order fulfillment. Track and optimize order entry times to improve overall on-time delivery (OTD) performance. Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth execution of repair orders.
