Job summary

DriveX in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive 2W service advisor to plan and track Express and Periodic services, repairs, and refurb for our fleet of two-wheelers. You will liaise with workshop teams, service centers, and riders to close jobs within SLA and ensure timely updates.

Experience of 1–3 years in 2W service, fleet operations, or bike rental is preferred. Proficiency with Excel/ERP/CRM and WhatsApp for Ops helps you manage issues, track tickets, and maintain vehicle history.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate in Automobile preferred.
• 1-3 years in 2W service advisor, fleet ops, or bike rental operations.
• Basic knowledge of 2W ICE/EV engine, battery, tyres, electricals; valid riding license.

Responsibilities

• Plan & track Express & Periodic service, breakdown repairs, accident jobs, and refurb for all fleet -2Ws.
• Liaise with DriveX workshop, authorized service centers / popup Service Station for estimates, and job closure.
• Drive TAT: Ensure Service, Pre-Receival Inspection, Pre-Delivery Inspection, customer experience, refurb jobs close within SLA.
• Do post-repair quality check before vehicle goes back on-road.
• Single point for rider-reported issues via app/call/WhatsApp.
• Triage issue severity, arrange pickup/drop, provide temp replacement if needed.
• Track open tickets to closure and update riders on ETA.
• Maintain job cards, invoices, warranty claims, and vehicle-wise service history.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure Insurance, Pollution certificate, Registration, Fitness valid for 100% fleet
• Maintain job cards, invoices, warranty claims, and vehicle-wise service history
• Update vehicle status daily

Cost & Inventory Control

• Approve spares replacement: tyres, batteries, brake pads based on km run, age, failure %
• Monitor repeat repairs, and scrap/refurb decisions to control ₹/km cost
• Maintain vendor scorecard and negotiate Turn Around Time (TAT) /cost

MIS & Reporting

• Daily: Fleet downtime, open jobs, TAT breach, ETA updates
• Weekly: Inspection failure %, vendor performance, cost per vehicle, repeat complaint %
• Flag trends like specific model failures or service center delays
• Perform other duties and operational tasks as assigned to support changing business requirements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate. Automobile/Mechanical preferred

Experience: 1-3 yrs in 2W service advisor, fleet ops, or bike rental operations

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of 2W ICE/EV - engine, battery, tyres, electricals, Know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license

Soft Skills: Strong follow-up, vendor management, good interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem solving skill, continuous learning mindset, rider empathy, sense of urgency
