• Check scooter health for deep diagnosis in Telematics Command Centre
• Perform repair and replacement of scooter parts
• Stay updated on Ola technical curriculum and EV news
• Adhere to processes at Experience Centre
• Manage invoicing and payment collections
• Ensure service bays are well-maintained
• Audit inventory and maintain accuracy between system and physical inventory
• Perform GRN and manage inventory at Experience Centre
• Handle warranty part reverse logistics to main workshop
• Wear uniform and protective gear during repairs
