Job summary

Trustegic is seeking a capable Service Co-ordinator for its Godrej division in Kolkata. You will manage service activities, schedule warranty/AMC visits, and work with principals on parts and service support.

The role involves technical guidance to engineers, invoicing clients, and maintaining strong customer relations. Regular MIS reporting, SAP registrations for new machines, and portal submissions are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in the same field.
• Graduate or Diploma/B.Tech in EE/ME/Automobile.
• Experience handling service coordination for machinery (Godrej forklift/stacker/HP trucks) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities for Godrej division and plan weekly/monthly warranty and AMC visits.
• Liaise with principals for service and parts support.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and resolve issues.
• Prepare invoices to principals and customers for visits and paid jobs.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Generate MIS reports on service activities weekly and monthly.
• Schedule daily calls and assign tasks to engineers; register new machines in SAP.
• Handle FSR portal and claim submissions; manage AFDC for machine sales.

Skills:

• Convey technical information, To manage and prioritize service requests efficiently., Excellent organizational skills, Proper Knowledge of MS office -Word, XLS, PPT, To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technicians, sales, and support teams, Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and service delivery,. • Qualification:Graduate or Diploma/ B Tech in EE, ME, Automobile.


• Experience:2 to 6 yrs. in same field. Product & Brand To Be Handled. Godrej Forklift, Stacker, Hand Pallet Trolley, Battery operated platform trucks etc..


• Responsible for Service co-ordination for Godrej division. Preparation and monitoring of warranty and AMC visits on weekly & monthly basis. Advance planning on deployment of engineers.


• Co-ordination with Principal's for service and parts related support.


• Technical support to engineers on field issues for resolution.


• Monthly invoicing to Principal and customers against visits and paid jobs.


• Interaction with customers on satisfaction of services rendered and take corrective actions to improve upon.


• Regular meetings with key customers.


• MIS reports on service activity on weekly and monthly basis.


• Monthly service meetings with engineers.


• Call assigning on daily basis.


• New machine registration & SAP entry to Godrej.


• FSR Portal handling & claim submission.


• Handling of AFDC for machine sales
