Job summary

Electro Care India is looking for an experienced electrical maintenance lead to supervise a 4‑person team on site across Maharashtra. You will coordinate PPM/routine activities, collect and update field data, and ensure safety and compliance with SOPs. Travel within Maharashtra will be required, with strong MS Office reporting.

Qualifications

• Respective candidate should have a hands on experience in electrical system.
• He should have details knowledge of Transformer, HT Breaker, LT breaker, PCC , MCC.
• Well verse of Operation & maintenance of all electrical equipments.
• Capable to handle a team of 4 people at site.
• Needs to prepare the day to day, weekly report in laptop, with proper knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Ready to travel across maharashtra as per the requirement.
• Adhere to Safety rules at site.

Responsibilities

• Daily Conduct Tool Box talk among the team, Take a round through all the area allocated.
• Review last report and previous breakdowns for any pending. Take necessary action on it.
• Collect data from daily visit, work at site, and update it on kogyo group and in laptop with soft copy.
• Coordinate with client for relevant work activity of PPM/Routine Job.
• Keep the record of all the manpower available in team. Suggest about the feedback of Individual performance.
• Suggest and conduct the on job training for the team where ever required and keep the record.
• Prepare schedule of PPM activity according to the availability of the client's equipments on daily basis and assign PPM activity to respective technicians.
• Allocate manpower with respect to breakdown priorities.
• Prepare monthly report for team and monitor with consistency.
• Report material requirement or any other suggestion to AMC lead /concern authority in proper format.
• Coordinate with External Vendor for AMC related work. Maintain the record for the same in proper format.
• Timely ensure about All work activities are performed as per the SOP and Work Permit System.
• Keep the record of work permit.
• Attend the observed unplanned maintenance activity and report to the concerned engineer.
• Analysis the AMC details as per the PO work done
• Follow the Safety Procedure as per applicable.
• Generate Suggestions about Energy Saving, Energy Conservation, Safety.
• Be updated with Operation of all the equipments under the area designated.
• Coordination for Operation in Other area, Incase emergency and Absence of respective Technicians, Engineer
• Inform about absentism or shift change to respective engineer and admin with prescribed format.
