Job summary

Brio Interactive Technologies in India seeks a Service Coordinator to organize field engineers for installations and service calls, coordinating with customers to ensure timely resolution of complaints and closure of requests.

You will liaise with external partners and internal Sales, Technical, Stores, and Logistics teams to maintain smooth service operations, requiring strong communication, Excel/MIS reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Field Engineers for installation & service calls.
• Coordinate with Customers and ensure timely resolution of their complaints.
• Monitor pending service requests and follow up until closure.
• Coordinate with external service partners and vendors for service support across India.
