Job summary

Florosense Engineered Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Sales Order Processing professional to manage customer POs from receipt to completion, maintain quotations and customer records, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

You will follow up on payments, coordinate dispatch after approvals, and maintain MIS reports. This role requires strong MS Office skills, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of sales/order processing, payment, and dispatch processes.
• Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

Responsibilities
