Job summary

Crown Hr Services in India invites a hands-on Sales & Marketing executive to manage daily operations, coordinate with customers, and follow up on inquiries to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle quotations, sales orders, invoices, dispatch records, and maintain customer data in ERP/CRM, Tally, and MS Excel, with regular MIS reports to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Support marketing activities and ensure smooth internal communication.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Account & Logistic for timely order execution.
• Track order, target & customer feedback.
