Job summary

Godrej Enterprises Group in Odisha seeks a capable professional to lead rental fleet upkeep, contract stabilization, and profitability initiatives at the site. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee contract manpower, and drive operational excellence across processes.

Key responsibilities include business development with customers, deployment of systems and dashboards, and ensuring adherence to TPM, Kaizen, 5S practices. Travel flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Graduation in any discipline.
• Preferred qualifications include Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Science/Diesel/Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile).

Responsibilities

• Rental fleet equipment upkeep, repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Support field teams for contract start-up and stabilization for smooth operations.
• Coordinate retrieval of assets on contract closure and oversee contract manpower at site.
• Drive profitability initiatives across rental contracts and manage parts inventory for onsite requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with rental customers to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and ensure full usage of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Foster team development, track metrics for key processes under Enterprise Risk Management and pursue operational excellence.

Job Description

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

• 1.Rental fleet Equipment -a.Ensuring upkeep and repairs of Rental Fleet at siteb.Ensuring Preventive Maintenance of all rental assets to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• 2.Rental Contract Stabilization -a.Supporting field Teams for contract start-up and stabilization to ensure smooth operations.b.Coordinating Prompt retrieval of assets on contract closure.c.Handling, managing and overseeing the contract manpower at site
• 3. Rental contracts Profitability -a.Driving initiatives to enhance profitability across Rental Contractsb.. Planning and managing parts inventory to meet onsite requirements efficiently.c.Monitoring and reducing the FRT (First Response Time), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) ensuring strict adherence to operational processes.
• 4.Business Development -. Establish and maintain strong connections with all rental customers to identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• 5.Customer satisfaction -a.Addressing and resolving customer escalations and equipment breakdowns promptly.b.Conducting regular Site Visits to all Customers within the assigned regionc.Implementing improvements in onsite execution to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• 6.Systems and Processes Deployment -a.Developing and maintaining Dashboard for performance tracking and Planningb.Ensuring complete usage of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) for operational efficiency.c.Evaluating Manpower effectiveness and conduct training programs to build capabilities.
• 7.Organizational Imperatives -a.Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates.b.Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Managementc.Achieving Operational Excellence through TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, GreenCo and CII Business Excellenced.Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.
