Job summary

Maline Automotive is seeking a service-advisor role to assist customers visiting the service center. You will understand vehicle problems, prepare job cards, explain servicing, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.

The candidate should have basic knowledge of bikes and scooters, strong communication, and the ability to maintain service records while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in automobile or two-wheeler service center preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bikes, scooters, and vehicle servicing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for preparing job cards and service records.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians and ensure customer satisfaction.
