Job summary

Spinny is seeking a service advisor to handle customer interactions, understand vehicle service and repair requirements, inspect vehicles, and prepare and obtain approval for service estimates.

You will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion, keep customers updated on status and delivery expectations, and maintain accurate Job Cards and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and identify the required service, repair, or maintenance work.
• Prepare and explain service estimates to customers and obtain approval before starting the job.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of service jobs.
• Keep customers updated about the vehicles service status, additional repairs, and expected delivery time.
• Ensure proper Job Card creation, documentation, and closure for every vehicle.
• Monitor service TAT and ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed timeline.
• Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Explain completed work, parts replaced, and service charges to customers at the time of delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
