Job summary

Ira Hospitality is seeking servers for its food and beverage team in Hyderabad, India. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure outstanding dining experiences that align with brand standards.

The role requires strong guest service, communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel/restaurant experience is preferred but freshers may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hotel service; freshers may be considered.
• Strong guest service standards and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and assist with seating.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams; address guest requests and concerns.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and service SOPs.
• Process payments and handle billing procedures.
• Perform opening, closing and side duties as assigned.
