a2z Sites in Delhi NCR is seeking an SEO & Digital Growth Specialist to improve organic visibility, website traffic and lead generation for clients. The role involves implementing SEO strategies, analyzing performance and collaborating with content, development and digital marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in SEO/digital marketing, with hands-on experience in on-page, technical SEO, keyword research and local SEO, plus familiarity with WordPress/Shopify

Role Summary

We are looking for an SEO & Digital Growth Specialist who can improve organic visibility, website traffic and lead generation for our clients. The role involves implementing SEO strategies, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities and working closely with content, development and digital marketing teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.

A certification in SEO, Digital Marketing or Google Analytics will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, digital marketing or organic growth.

Practical experience in on‑page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research and competitor analysis.

Experience working with Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4 and SEO tools.

Experience optimizing websites built on WordPress, Shopify or other CMS platforms will be preferred.

Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile will be an advantage.

Experience working with content teams and developing SEO‑focused content briefs.

Agency experience or experience handling multiple websites/clients will be an advantage.

Candidates should have a good understanding of organic traffic, rankings, leads and conversion improvement.
