The role is onsite in India and suits candidates who thrive in data-driven, high-velocity marketing teams.

Primary Job Title: SEO Executive

Location & Workplace: India — On-site

Role & Responsibilities

• Execute on-page SEO improvements: optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, and schema to boost organic CTR and rankings.
• Perform keyword research and map keyword intent to content opportunities and landing page optimizations using industry tools.
• Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile UX) and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes.
• Plan and manage off-page SEO activities including outreach, link acquisition tracking and backlink profile health monitoring.
• Track organic performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console; produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and A/B test recommendations.
• Work closely with content, UX and engineering teams to implement SEO changes, measure impact and iterate on experiments.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with measurable improvements in organic traffic or rankings.
• Proven experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console for reporting and insights.
• Practical knowledge of SEMrush and/or Ahrefs for keyword research, competitor analysis and backlink audits.
• Experience with Screaming Frog or equivalent site-crawling tools for technical audits.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO (site architecture, crawlability, canonicalization) and On-page Optimization techniques.
• Ability to convert data into clear recommendations and communicate implementation details with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS for quicker implementation.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking for SEO/analytics validation.
• Knowledge of page speed tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) and Core Web Vitals optimization techniques.
