Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Operations, or Telecommunications.
• CCNA course/certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, and call flows.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as JIRA or Salesforce.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Operations Technician (AOT) to join our Advanced Operations Support team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalations related to inbound/outbound call failures and voice quality issues.
• Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, RTP, and Caller ID/CNAM-related issues.
• Analyze SIP responses, call samples, PCAP files, and routing data.
• Coordinate with telecom carriers and NOC teams to resolve technical issues.
• Manage technical escalation tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain SLA compliance and provide regular ticket updates.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate with engineering teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Operations, or Telecommunications.
• CCNA course/certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, and call flows.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as JIRA or Salesforce.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NOC or Telecom Support.
• Knowledge of SIP error codes (503, 404, etc.).
• Familiarity with VoIP monitoring tools such as Spearline, Empirix, or VoIP Monitor.
• Experience in L2/L3 technical support.

Important: Freshers are not eligible. Candidates must have relevant technical support or networking experience.
