Alyssum Global Services is seeking an L1 NOC Engineer to join our Noida-based NOC team and keep VoIP services running reliably around the clock.

You'll monitor voice networks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams to resolve problems quickly. The role requires 2–3 years in Network Operations, knowledge of VoIP, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Network Operations or related field.
• Strong VoIP, networking and security knowledge.
• Experience with NOC monitoring tools.
• Good Word/Excel documentation skills.
• Willing to rotate shifts, including nights/weekends.
• Bachelor's degree and good English.

L1 NOC Engineer - VoIP Operations

The Role

We are looking for an L1 NOC Engineer to join our NOC team in Noida and help keep our VoIP services running reliably, around the clock. As the first line of support, you will monitor our voice networks, troubleshoot issues and work with our global teams to resolve them quickly.

This is a 24/7 role based on rotating shifts, including night and weekend shifts.

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor VoIP networks and services using NOC monitoring tools and respond quickly to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot VoIP and network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to voice communications, escalating when needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures and best practices.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and on-call rotation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in Network Operations or a related field - a must.
• Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, networking and security.
• Experience working with NOC tools and monitoring software.
• Good documentation skills in Word and Excel.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends - a must.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good English, spoken and written.

Advantage: SIP and Asterisk; monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Grafana; ticketing systems such as Jira; basic Linux skills.
