Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech required with a focus on vehicle systems and engineering fundamentals.
• ME / M.Tech preferred for advanced design and validation leadership.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities; ability to analyse complex field issues.

• Own engineering lead for monocoque program and critical field issue resolution.

Engineering Lead - Monocoque Responsibilities & Key Deliverables > Accountability for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems > Validation Strategy and Execution > Technical Leadership and System expertise > Cross functional Integration and collaboration > Lessons Learnt deployment in platform > Coordinate containment actions to protect customers and production > Team leadership and Capability Building > Assess impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction (SQDCC) > Drive actions to mitigate program risks > Support warranty reduction and field quality improvement initiatives

Experience BE /B Tech, ME / M Tech Industry Preferred Automobile - PV (Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering)
