Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Executive - Transport in Gurgaon (On-site) to manage end-to-end transport services for the client, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires 5+ years in Employee Logistics, travels and transport management, and hands-on expertise with Transport Management Systems, MIS operations, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years in Employee Logistics, Travels & Transport management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, cost-effective transport services to the client.
• Lead and manage transport teams with strong man-management.
• Monitor budgets, validate invoices and ensure compliance.
• Leverage data analytics and advanced Excel for transport optimization.

What this job involves:

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the facility manager, provide efficient and cost effective transport service to the client.
• Exceptional understanding of Transport Management System/similar platforms and applications in transport domain.
• Must have handled teams with excellent man management skills.
• Good understanding and execution of MIS operations.
• Well versed with routing, automation tools in transport operations.
• Vendor management & Transport compliances.
• Budget monitoring, Invoice validation & processing.
• Ready to work in fast paced environment.
• Be able to throw new solutions through Data analytics for faster enablement of economic streamlining of the transport operations.
• Be able to interact with project leads and undertake conflict resolution, presentations, vendor management etc.
• Deep knowledge of advance excel & analytics in transport operations.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and in writing.

Education and Experience

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree. Overall Experience & Technical Skills: 5 or more years of experience in Employee Logistics, Travels & Transport management preferred. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and Outlook, standard analytic and reporting systems etc.
