Job summary

JLL in Hyderabad seeks a Transport Executive with strong MIS and finance insights to manage transport data across PAN India. You will build dashboards, track invoices, PO and NDC, and coordinate with site leads to deliver accurate monthly reports.

The role requires an MBA in finance or commerce and 3–5 years of MIS/transport experience in an MNC. You will maintain records, support billing and procurement policies, and assist in emergency procedures while delivering excellent client service and

• MBA in finance or Commerce background with 3–5 years' experience in MIS and transport in MNCs (IT/ITO, banking, corporates, etc.).
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with site leads and handling transport-related data and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage MIS and transport data across PAN India with dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with location transport leads and prepare site-wise MIS, PO tracker, invoice tracker, and NDC tracker.
• Handle admin tasks and facilitate coordination among staff and management; produce monthly GR and other reports.
• Maintain records and databases: daily/weekly/monthly MIS; calculate PAN India monthly accruals with site SPOC data.
• Contribute to monthly client management reports and assist in emergency evacuation procedures; help develop billing and procurement policies.

In this role, you'll be playing very important role of Transport Executive. While managing this role you will have to manage the Transport profile as well MIS for all sites of India. Coordination with transport leads of locations and prepare MIS, Transport dashboards as per site and client requirement. Also you need to ensure admin related work and coordinating among staff and the management, MIS - Reports preparation like PO tracker , invoice tracker , NDC tracker etc, Invoice processing , MMR data to be given on monthly, GR reports to be done etc

Being at the heart of the business

Maintaining and updating records and database are also part of your basic daily routine. These include Daily Weekly and Monthly MIS etc. You need to maintain the Monthly accruals for PAN India locations with the help of details provided by the respective site SPOC.

Other responsibilities you will take care of include contributing to the monthly management report for the client and participating in emergency evacuation procedures. On top of these, you'll be expected to develop policies and procedures needed for all functions in the Billing and Procurement.

Requirements

You should be a MBA in finance or graduate in Commerce and have three to five years' experience in MIS and Transport profile with MNC (IT / ITO, Banking, Corporates etc.) companies.
