Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Transport Coordinator/Tracker to support its Transport Team in our facility in Telangana. You will oversee daily transport operations, ensure timely vehicle arrivals and departures, and manage pickup/drop lists for employees.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, a degree or diploma, and strong MS Office and communication skills. You will work closely with drivers, vendors, and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient transport services.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Transport Team.
• Oversee transport operations during your shift.
• Display drop-off/pickup lists on notice boards.
• Check attendance of vehicles, drivers and vendors.
• Prepare vehicle arrival reports and collect pickup slips.
• Allocate pickup/drop lists to vendor supervisors.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
• Maintain logs and vehicle tracking data.
• Prepare daily/weekly transport reports.
• Coordinate with vendor trackers for updates.
• Authorize departures when cab rules are not met as per policy.
