Job summary

NIIT in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to support training administration for global clients. The role welcomes 0–2 year graduates from B.A./B.Com./BBA./BHM./B.Sc./BCA; BE/MCA are not eligible, PGDM can apply. Night shift allowances will be provided, with emphasis on strong written and verbal communication.

You will handle tickets, LMS tasks, and reports while coordinating training schedules for diverse regions. This is a fulltime role with a flexible shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x5 Training Administration support to top companies in the EMEA, NAM & APAC region.
• Assist customers with Training Administration issues via email.
• Provide resolutions and scheduling options for trainings.
• Gather additional information about reported issues and document in the system.
• Generate daily/weekly reports for customers in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management System.

Job Description

Training Coordinator role with NIIT

• Graduates need to apply (B.A. / B.Com / BBA / BHM /B.Sc., BCA), B. Tech (Mech/Biotech) can apply.
• Distance P.G can apply , BE /MCA are not eligible, PGDM can apply
• Working knowledge of computers, IN Night shifts Night Allowances will be provided.
• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves providing 24*5 Training Administration support to top companies in the EMEA, NAM & APAC region.
• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/E-mail
• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
• Gather additional information about reported issue
• Perform detailed case analysis and document the case in the system and generate ticket
• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel
• Perform Training Management activities on the Learning Management Systems.

• 18 months of surety bond/Service agreement.
