Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Surat is seeking a Tool & Die Design Engineer to independently handle tool and die design activities, including new development work (GDC & LPDC) and material indenting for tool manufacturing.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements, ensure timely submissions to in-house departments and vendors, and maintain proper documentation per IATF and customer specs, with exposure to APQP, foundry, CNC/VMC processes.

Responsibilities

• To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
• Design of New Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC)
• Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
• To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
• To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
• Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
• Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.
• Having knowledge of APQP, Foundry Process, CNC / VMC Operations & Mfg. process.
• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
