Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an experienced engineer to independently handle Tool & Die design activities in our manufacturing domain. You will be involved in new Tool & Die development work (GDC & LPDC) and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements.

The role requires interaction with CFT members for tool & die design, timely submission of designs to in-house departments or vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation as per IATF standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Independently handle Tool & Die design activities.
• Design of New Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC).
• Interact technically with CFT for tool & die design activities.
• Coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
• Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
• Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.
• Having knowledge of APQP, Foundry Process, CNC / VMC Operations & Mfg. process.

• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Documentation of Tool Design activity per IATF and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of APQP, Foundry Process, CNC / VMC Operations & Mfg. process.
