Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Tool & Die Design professional to independently manage Design activities and new development projects. You will interact with cross-functional teams to coordinate design requirements and ensure timely, accurate submissions to internal departments and vendors.

The role requires familiarity with APQP, foundry processes, CNC/VMC operations and manufacturing processes, with flexibility for additional assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
• Design of New Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC)
• Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
• To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
• To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
• Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
• Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.

• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
