Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai seeks a Tool & Die Design Engineer to independently handle tool and die design activities and to design new tool and die development work (GDC & LPDC). You will indent materials and interact with cross-functional teams to meet design requirements and deadlines.

Knowledge of APQP, foundry processes, CNC/VMC operations, and manufacturing processes is essential; you will coordinate with departments for tool corrections and ensure proper documentation per IATF and

Responsibilities

• To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
• Design of New Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC)
• Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
• To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
• To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
• Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
• Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.

• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
