Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Designer to independently handle tool and die design activities, including development work for new tools (GDC & LPDC), and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will ensure timely submissions, proper documentation per IATF and customer requirements, and maintain accuracy and discipline, with knowledge of APQP, Foundry, CNC/VMC processes.

Responsibilities

• To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
• Design of New Tool & Die Development work. (GDC & LPDC)
• Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
• To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
• To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool & Die Design requirement.
• Timely submission of Tool & Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
• Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
• Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.

• Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
