Job summary

Fluentgrid Limited in Visakhapatnam is seeking a procurement bids specialist with depth in e-procurement portals, tender management, and bid documentation to ensure compliant and timely submissions.

The role requires coordinating across technical, commercial, finance and legal teams, and maintaining opportunity trackers on GeM and other portals. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of government tendering are essential.

Qualifications

• E-Procurement portal and government portal experience including bid submission.
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/EOI documents, eligibility criteria and submission procedures.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial bid documents, compliance matrices and declarations.
• Basic pricing, BOQ, taxes, EMD/PBG, payment terms and commercial conditions knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, legal and other teams to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities via GeM and tender portals and trackers.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills for bid documentation and reporting.

Mandatory Skills:

• E-Procurement Portal Expertise Well acquainted with GeM, CPPP/eProcure, state e-tendering portals, and other government procurement platforms, including bid submission processes.
• Tender/RFP Management – Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/EOI documents, eligibility criteria, bid conditions, compliance requirements, and submission procedures, Preparation of end to end bid as per the RFP
• Bid Documentation & Compliance – Experience in preparing technical and commercial bid documents, compliance matrices, forms, declarations, undertakings, and supporting credentials.
• Commercial & Financial Understanding – Basic understanding of pricing, BOQ, taxes, EMD/Bid Security, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), payment terms, and commercial conditions.
• Bid Coordination & Deadline Management – Ability to coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, legal, and other internal teams and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Tender Search & Opportunity Tracking – Proficiency in identifying relevant opportunities through GeM, eProcurement portals and other tender websites and maintaining bid/opportunity trackers.
• Communication & MS Office Skills – Good written and verbal communication with strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, particularly for bid documentation and reporting.
