• Adherence to EHS guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety.
• Will be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance Customer Service for assigned units.
• Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix.
• Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation.
• Will be responsible for Generating T leads and closing T Orders on time.
• Timely and Transparent communication with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships during site visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
