Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Port Blair invites applications for a Senior Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. You will diagnose faults, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires supervising junior technicians, maintaining service records and preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with facility teams and external vendors

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with building systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operate diagnostic tools.
• Certification in safety compliance or specialized technical areas preferred.
