Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Technician to join our facilities team in Bengaluru. You will perform advanced maintenance across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, and supervise junior technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You will diagnose faults, implement corrective actions, maintain records, and coordinate with facility teams and vendors for repairs and upgrades. A technical diploma (ITI/ND) and 5–8 years' experience are preferred to ensure smooth building

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance and repair across electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Read technical manuals and schematics; operate diagnostic tools.
• 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.
• Certification in safety compliance or specialized technical areas preferred.
