Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Executive in Hyderabad to maintain electrical equipment and ensure safety of people and property. The role requires knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and building infrastructure, with regular coordination across departments to share vital safety information.

You will audit and manage statutory inspections, maintain records and service agreements, and monitor facilities including lifts, DG sets, AC, and fire services.

• Maintains log books and checklists for facilities.
• Prepares and sends daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Operations Manager.
