KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Electrical Maintenance and Repairs:

   Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and panels.

   Perform routine maintenance of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, and UPS systems.

   Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

   Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential problems.

   Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are in optimal working condition.

3. Building Systems Support:

   Maintain and repair electrical components of building systems, including elevators, HVAC systems, and fire alarms.

   Ensure the proper functioning of lighting systems, including replacement of bulbs and fixtures as needed.

4. Compliance and Safety:

   Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety regulations and building codes.

   Follow safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks and encourage a safe work environment.

   Maintain and test emergency systems such as backup power and fire alarm systems.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

   Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.

   Report any significant issues or necessary upgrades to the Maintenance Supervisor or Facility Manager.
