The role involves collaborating with client IT teams to ensure designs meet stringent network and security requirements, while coordinating vendor interfaces and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree required (B.E./B.Tech./MCA).
• Strong background in network security and WAN/LAN/WLAN.
• Hands-on with enterprise gear and cloud networking.

Responsabilités

• Analysing the business requirement, project scope and developing network design and roadmaps for technology solutions that align with the organization s overall IT strategy and goals.
• Participating in solution design and execution
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure that design solutions meet network and security requirements
• Configuring and troubleshooting OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN operate per architectural design
• Adapting to evolving network solutions and architectures to meet business needs
• Monitoring performance to identify issues and optimize performance
• Documenting solutions and providing training to team members
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure integration with existing systems
• Vendor interface for evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear
• Resolving complex or escalated issues or outages
• Maintaining SOPs and KB articles

• Aligning with the changing Network solutions and architectures to keep up with the changing business needs, technologies and industry standards.
• Monitoring the performance of the solution to identify and resolve any issues, and making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
• Documenting the solution and providing training to other team members as needed.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the solutions and architectures
• Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure that the solution integrates with existing systems.
• Interface with Vendors regarding evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear.
• Work on resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages.
• Manage SOPs, Knowledge documents, KB articles.
