Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Talent Specialist in Vadodara to support recruitment for global clients. You will identify, assess, and engage top candidates across channels, coordinating the end-to-end hiring process.

You'll collaborate with clients in North America and our internal teams to understand requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description; understand client requirements and identify candidate search plan.
• Source candidates using portals, internal database and social media.
• Assess candidates' experience, knowledge, and competencies.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycle from scheduling to offer.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility for referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment with candidates.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for review and consideration.
• Maintain timely updates to candidates on candidature status.
• Partner with onsite sales team in North America to align with client needs.
• Engage candidates via email, calls and video interactions.

Job Title: Talent Specialist

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm IST

You’ll do:

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
