Ascendion, a leader in AI-powered software engineering, is hiring a recruiter to partner with clients and identify top tech talent in Bengaluru. You will review requirements, source candidates across portals and social channels, assess fit, and manage end-to-end recruitment with timely updates.

• Source candidates through portals, internal DBs, and social media.
• Assess applicants' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Schedule, coordinate and own end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships to gain referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms; secure commitment from candidates.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for scrutiny.
• Communicate updates to candidates promptly.
• Partner with onsite team to understand client needs.
• Engage candidates regularly via email, voice and video calls.

Shift Timings: Day shift (9 AM - 6 PM IST) 5 days working

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitmentfrom candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submitting candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite team to understand the client'sneeds and requirements
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
