Job summary

CareerXperts Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter in Bengaluru. You will manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment, sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases and referrals, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates. Track progress and ensure timely closures while engaging stakeholders effectively.

The role requires 4+ years in staffing/recruitment with strong knowledge of non-IT markets and excellent communication to manage multiple concurrent requirements.
