Job summary

TP in Mohali is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead bulk hiring initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will coordinate campaigns, develop talent acquisition strategies, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver tailored staffing solutions.

The role requires 2-4 years in BPO hiring or mass recruitment, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in BPO hiring, bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass recruitment, or volume hiring.
• Proven track record in managing teams and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
