Job summary

TP in Mohali is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple locations. The role requires leading bulk hiring campaigns and coordinating with clients to understand staffing needs.

You will build and supervise a recruiting team, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure delivery of high-quality candidates who fit client requirements. Strong communication with internal stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in B2C or BPO hiring, bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, mass recruitment, or volume hiring.
• Proven track record in managing teams and executing recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
