Job summary

Potentiam is hiring a Support Engineer in Bengaluru to join its Managed Services team. You will provide hands-on support for Blue Prism in enterprise BAW production environments for global clients.

You will collaborate with architects, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure stable operations, resolve production issues, and drive improvements, while applying strong troubleshooting across application, middleware, and OS layers and delivering clear communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism in production environments.
• Experience supporting IBM BAW in production environments.
• Strong understanding of BAW architecture and deployment patterns.
• Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows/Linux environments and log analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Job description

Role Overview: Looking for a Support Engineer with experience in Blue Prism to join its Managed Services team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise BAW production environments for global clients.

You will work closely with architects, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure stable platform operations, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvements.

This is a hands‑on technical support role requiring strong troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, and operating system layers, along with excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities.

Required Experience

• Hands‑on experience in Blue Prism Support.
• Hands‑on experience supporting IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or similar tool in production environments
• Solid understanding of BAW architecture, runtime components, deployment patterns, and troubleshooting approaches
• Experience developing and maintaining IBM BAW solutions
• Process design and implementation
• Coach and UI development
• Integration services (REST/SOAP)
• Troubleshooting and modifying existing process applications
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration, including Log analysis
• Service management and restarts
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• File system and permission management
• Experience working in support or managed services environments
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
