Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a skilled Blue Prism Developer in Mumbai, India, to design and deploy robust robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SAP automation experience and be certified in Blue Prism.

Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Blue Prism Developer with strong SAP automation experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will hold Blue Prism certification (AD01 or APD01) and have hands‑on experience automating SAP processes using Blue Prism.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• RPA Solution Design & Development: Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, document processes (PDD/SDD), and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Reusable Components Development: Create and maintain reusable object libraries and components to accelerate automation delivery and ensure consistency.
• Integration & API Enablement: Integrate Blue Prism with SAP systems, databases, APIs, and third‑party applications using web services and middleware.
• Exception Handling & Logging: Implement robust error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms to ensure high process resilience and maintain SLAs.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and participate in deployment and release management processes.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support for live automations, troubleshoot issues, and perform continuous improvements.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure bots adhere to security, audit, and governance standards, including credential management and role‑based access.

Your Profile

1. Blue Prism Development (Core Expertise): Strong hands‑on experience in Process Studio, Object Studio, control room operations, and Blue Prism architecture.
2. SAP Automation Expertise: Proven experience working with SAP GUI automation, SAP Fiori, BAPI integrations, and handling SAP selectors and environments.
3. Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in .NET/C#, VB.NET, or equivalent scripting, along with understanding of APIs, JSON/XML parsing.
4. Integration & Web Services: Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, database connectivity (SQL), and integrating Blue Prism with enterprise applications.
5. RPA Lifecycle & Best Practices: Strong understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle (PDD, SDD, testing, deployment), exception handling frameworks, and optimization techniques.
