Job summary

Job description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer to design, develop, maintain and enhance enterprise workflow and case management solutions.

The role will focus on BAW application development, working closely with architects, support engineers, product teams and client stakeholders to ensure BAW solutions are robust, maintainable and effective in production environments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the BAW application layer, troubleshooting existing process applications and implementing changes where issues are identified within the solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) / IBM BPM
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining BAW process applications and workflow solutions
• Strong understanding of BAW process design, business processes and workflow implementation
• Hands-on experience developing BAW Coaches and user interfaces
• Experience with human tasks, task routing and work management
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations between BAW and enterprise applications
• Experience enhancing and troubleshooting existing BAW process applications
• Experience with BAW application deployment, process execution and production troubleshooting
• Ability to analyse issues across application design, process implementation, integrations and platform configuration
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, connectivity and integration-related issues
• Good understanding of LDAP/SSO, databases and enterprise application environments
• Experience working across development, test and production environments.
