Job summary

Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream in Chennai is looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end function for 50 QSR outlets across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. You will manage vendor relationships, material planning, cold chain integrity, and replenishment while aligning production and inventory to daily demand.

The role requires at least five years in supply chain within fast-moving food retail, hands-on experience with indenting for 25+ stores, strong ERP and POS data skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain within QSR, organised food retail, cloud kitchens or food FMCG.
• Hands-on experience running indenting and replenishment for 25 or more outlets.
• Working knowledge of cold chain operations.
• Strong command of ERP and POS data, and advanced Excel capability.
• Quantifiable results in wastage reduction or service level improvement.

Responsibilities

We are hiring: Supply Chain Manager — 50 QSR Stores (Prior multi-store supply chain experience is essential)

Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream is scaling to 50 outlets across Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. We produce premium artisanal ice cream entirely from scratch at our central kitchen in Chennai and distribute daily to company-owned and franchise stores. We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own the function end to end.

The role covers both sides of the equation. On supply: vendor management, raw material planning, cold chain integrity, store indenting and replenishment, production planning and inventory accuracy. On demand: SKU-level forecasting, seasonality and peak planning, days-of-cover norms, wastage control, and supply planning for new store and product launches.

In a perishable, made-fresh category, these two are inseparable. We are looking for a professional who has already managed them together at scale.
