Job summary

California Burrito in Bengaluru is seeking a supply chain professional to plan and execute supply chain activities across multiple restaurant locations in India. You will bridge procurement, operations, logistics, vendors and internal teams to maintain smooth supply flow.

Ideal candidates will be self-starters with strong numerical skills, team spirit, and knowledge of food safety/compliance. Experience with multi-location distribution and warehouse team management is preferred; FIFO practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in foodservice/QSR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand based on outlet consumption and sales trends.
• Plan inventory levels to avoid shortages and minimize wastage.
• Transfer of stocks between stores; ensure stock accuracy.
• Track & improve metrics: stock outs, fill rates, days of stockholding.
• Ensure on-time deliveries at stores within time windows.
• Create and enforce POs for consumables and assets via ERP.
• Lead warehouse team performance and training; ensure SOP adherence.
• Enforce FIFO in storage and dispatches.

You act as a bridge between procurement, operations, logistics, vendors, and internal teams to keep the supply flow efficient.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning & Control

• Forecast demand based on outlet consumption and sales trends.
• Plan inventory levels to avoid shortages and minimize wastage.

Material & Warehouse Management:

Track & improve key metrics:

• Transfer of stocks between stores
• Stock outs & fill rates
• Stock-holding days at outlets & warehouses
• PO accuracy
• On time deliveries at store within time-windows
• Ensure accurate & timely POs for consumable and assets through ERP
• Lead and manage warehouse team performance, including training and adherence to processes
• Enforce 100% compliance with existing SOPs and develop new SOPs where required
• Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) in storage and dispatches

Cost Reduction:

• Manage vendor contracts and ensure best-in-industry pricing
• Lead negotiations with vendors

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with operations, finance, and Store teams to align supply with business needs.

Experience & Education:

• 3+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in foodservice/QSR
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business

Upto 12 LPA depending on experience
