Job summary

Cogent Foods Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai seeks a Senior Store Executive to oversee plant store operations and manage end-to-end RM/PM inventory, ensuring FEFO/FIFO compliance and ERP/SAP transactions.

Candidate should have 2–6 years in store management within FMCG, degree in commerce or related field, and strong Excel skills; exposure to Dytel ERP preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of store management experience specifically within a Food, Beverage, or FMCG manufacturing facility.
• Hands-on ERP systems experience (Dytel preferred) and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Complete understanding of food safety guidelines, batch traceability, and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inwarding, proper storage, and smooth issuance of ingredients, food-grade packaging, and plant spares.
• Enforce strict FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO systems to eliminate material spoilage and shelf-life tracking errors.
• Execute accurate ERP/SAP system transactions, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), inventory issues, and stock transfers.
• Maintain rigorous plant store hygiene, temperature controls, and allergen segregation in compliance with GMP and HACCP audit standards.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile physical stock, and flag near-expiry or slow-moving items.
• Partner with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Purchase teams to prevent supply line bottlenecks.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Store Executive to oversee our plant store operations. In this role, you will manage end-to-end inventory for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) . A strong background in the food manufacturing industry, deep knowledge of FEFO/FIFO practices, and high proficiency in ERP/SAP systems are essential for success.

Job Description :

• Manage daily inwarding, proper storage, and smooth issuance of ingredients, food-grade packaging, and plant spares.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Audit Compliance :

• * Uphold world-class store discipline by complying with
• 5S principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general plant sanitation standards.
• Ensure critical storage conditions (temperature, humidity, and allergen segregation) for cold rooms, chillers, and dry warehouses are constantly monitored.
• Isolate and properly segregate approved, rejected, damaged, or "on-hold" food materials.
• Provide robust documentation support for regulatory, internal, and external quality compliance audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–6 years of store management experience specifically within a Food, Beverage, or FMCG manufacturing facility.
• Tech Skills: Hands-on expertise using ERP systems (Dytel prefered) and Microsoft Excel.
• Domain Knowledge: Complete understanding of food safety guidelines, batch traceability, and 5S principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
