Job summary

Dhampure Speciality Sugars Ltd., Delhi, invites applications for a Store Executive / Inventory Control Executive to maintain accurate stock records, prevent stock loss, and support seamless production or dispatch.

Responsibilities include enforcing FIFO/FEFO, handling GRN and PO/invoice verification, managing delivery documentation, inspecting inbound materials, and coordinating with Production, Purchase and Accounts to ensure smooth material flow; requires a Commerce/Logistics degree, 2–5 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Logistics (Diploma in SCM accepted).
• 2–5 years of hands-on inventory or storekeeping experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in ERP.
• Enforce FIFO and FEFO methods for perishable stock.
• Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) and verify materials against POs and invoices.
• Manage dispatch paperwork (Delivery Challans, packing lists, transport logs).
• Inspect inbound materials for damage or shortfalls.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase and Accounts for smooth material flow.
• Maintain 5S and warehouse housekeeping; prepare stock/MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

“Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in the ERP system.”

• Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods to manage perishable or dated FMCG stock.

Inward & Outward Operations

“Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.”

• Manage complete dispatch paperwork like Delivery Challans, packing lists, and transport logs.
• Inspect incoming raw materials or finished goods for damage, leakage, or shortfalls.

Coordination & Compliance

“Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow.”

• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards.
• Prepare daily or weekly stock and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field (Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehouse management is also accepted).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on inventory or storekeeping experience in an FMCG or manufacturing setup.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and MS Excel.
