Job summary

Casaa Pasta Llp is seeking an experienced Senior Steward for our Hauz Khas, New Delhi location. The role focuses on delivering professional, courteous service and overseeing daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in hospitality, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for grooming and service standards. Prior experience with reputed restaurants or brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service operations.
• Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle guest requests, queries, and basic complaints professionally.
• Support the Captain/Manager in managing the service team.
• Guide and assist junior stewards in their daily responsibilities.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and restaurant service standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment coordination.
• Maintain a positive and professional guest experience.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Important Location Requirement

Candidates should preferably be residing within approximately 10 km of the Hauz Khas location and should have their own accommodation/room near the workplace.

Candidates who are staying far from the location or depend on long-distance daily commuting are not preferred, as punctuality and availability are important for this role.
