Job summary

We are seeking polished F&B service professionals for Steward, Senior Steward, Captain, Barista roles in Hyderabad Hitech City and Delhi NCR. You will deliver world‑class dining experiences, manage stations, craft high-end beverages, and uphold premium hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years experience in upscale dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication, grooming and etiquette for premium service.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations: welcome and seat guests, present menus, explain dishes and ingredients.
• Table management: ensure proper setups, polish glassware and cutlery, reset tables.
• Side-station setup: keep stations stocked with napkins, condiments and trays.
• Team leadership (Senior Steward): supervise juniors and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager during peak hours.

Job Summary

We are looking for polished, service-driven Stewards, Senior Stewards, and Bartenders to join our team in Hyderabad , Hitech City & Delhi NCR. You will deliver world-class, seamless, and engaging dining experiences. Responsibilities include managing restaurant side-stations, preparing high-end beverages, ensuring the dining area is pristine, and maintaining our exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Role-Specific Duties

1. Steward & Senior Steward & Captains

• Guest Relations: Welcome and seat guests, present menus, explain dishes/ingredients, and anticipate customer needs.


• Table Management: Ensure proper table setups, polish glassware and cutlery, clear used plates, and reset tables for the next guests.


• Side-Station Setup: Keep serving stations fully stocked with napkins, condiments, and trays.


• Team Leadership (Senior Steward): Supervise and guide junior stewards, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to guarantee smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 14 years in upscale dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurant brands.


• Skills: Excellent communication, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to stand/move for long periods.


• Knowledge: Deep understanding of food, wine, spirits, and proper dining etiquette.


• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management is preferred.
