Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a senior Test Engineer for ATE testing of power products, including power stages and modules. You will define test strategies, develop test content, and guide hardware/software qualification from design to production release.

Candidate should have extensive experience with ETS800 and 93K power testers, strong leadership, and mentoring capabilities for a power-products test team.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETS800/93K power testers.
• Proven ability to develop test hardware and software.
• Expert in Qual/ATE characterisation programs.
• Hands-on silicon test bring up and debugging.
• Mentor and lead test engineering teams.
• Lead new products test development.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy for new products and test content.
• Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products.
• Develop test plans from design to production release.
• Lead ATE char/programs development and qualification.
• Oversee test hardware/software qualification and release processes.
• Drive test cost-reduction techniques and efficiency improvements.

12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.)

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• 12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.)
• Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge
• Experience in defining test strategy for new products
• Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products
• New products Test development experience from Design to release Production
• Proven records with Test cost reduction techniques
• Strong leader with Technical back ground
• Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development
• Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process
• Good Work Experience in ETS800 tester platform.
• Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, etc.)
