Role emphasizes real-time MCUs, AUTOSAR/ISO safety standards, and toolchains like GNU, Tasking, and Wind River. You will mentor peers and own product quality in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with embedded software experience.
• System-level architecture and integration expertise.
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures (16/32-bit).
• Familiarity with automotive standards AUTOSAR, IEC61508, ISO26262, ISO21434.
• Experience with GNU, Tasking and Wind River toolchains.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Participate and contribute to requirements elicitation and definition phase of the project
• Contribute to product architecture
• Conceptualize and institutionalize develop/validation strategies and engineering practices
• Play an influential role in technical discussions
• Evaluate change requests to products, conduct analysis and deriveimpact for planning by team
• Conduct reviews of various artefacts [Requirements, Architecture,Design…] and recommend necessary actions
• Be a signoff stakeholder in all phases of the project
• Propose and evangelize initiatives
• Own overall product quality
• Mentor and train fellow colleagues

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MS in Electrical/Electronics/ComputerScience/Instrumentation with minimum 15yrs of experience in Embedded system software development/validation in C, assemblylanguages & SDLC
• System level architecture, design and Integration skills
• Good knowledge of Microcontroller Architecture (16/32bit), real-timesystems
• Experience in standards such as AUTOSAR, IEC61508, ISO26262, ISO21434is desirable
• Acquaintance with development tool-chains such as GNU, Tasking, and WINDRIVER
• Active membership of Open source communities/technical forums isdesirable
• Good working knowledge of debuggers such as PLS, Lauterbach etc.
• Proven ability to work with standard lab equipment’s oscilloscopes,logic analyzers, power benches etc
• Good team player in a multi-site work environment
• Ability to take ownership and work independently for new topics andlater define guidelines for team to follow
